Service Innovation for Exhibition centers.
Heforce adviced several exhibition centers how deliver Internet and ICT services to visitors, exhibitors, event organisors and congress organisations. The advice to Amsterdam RAI has lead to a multi-million investment in ICT infrastructure (see picture, 21 kilometer fiberglass, 60 switches, etc.) in 1999. Heforce has been asked to provide program management services to realize the implementation. Heforce negotiated all contracts with suppliers of equipment, services and telecommunications facilities with the largest Internet connection of the Netherlands in 1999. Already during the implementation many commercial contracts have been negotiated by Heforce. All terms and conditions, services, pricing, branding, websites, ordering and installation procedures, service level agreements, promotion materials, press statements, etc have been provided by Heforce. Only after 5 years, having been trained by Heforce, Amsterdam RAI took over the operation.
